45-60% Finesse Damage for 2s on successful Dodge.
12.5-20% Critical Chance for 6s on successful Dodge.
5-8% Strength for every 10% of magazine spent during continuous fire. Stacks 5 times.
Gain between 3.5-5% and 14-20% Critical Chance based on current level of peril.
This build starts with very little utility for a psyker but can snowball unimaginably hard once you begin to build stacks and get in a flow.
It starts by killing 3 elites. Once you have 3 stacks of empowered psionics you need to pop Scrier's.
With Empowered psionics you should 1 shot any elite besides Ogryns and Maulers. You should 1 shot any specialist besides the Mutant.
Your Brain Burst should now activate in less than 1s and not cost any peril.
Brain bursting elites (besides ogryn's and crushers) will not cost any stacks of empowered psionics. Specials are ok to shoot but cost 1 stack each.
Each activation (kill) will apply soul blaze to the enemies which will start killing elites if they are dense enough. This will add stacks of empowered psionics.
After 10s your Brain Burst will lose its charge speed buff. You have 10s from the ending of Scrier's to spam your Inferno staff at max peril without overloading.
This whole cycle takes 20s. 10s of brain burst and 10s of inferno staff.
By the time your peril invicibility runs out scrier's should be off cooldown.
If you need high damage between scrier's activations use yor dueling sword. It's OP.
You can 2 shot Mauler's and Ogryn's at any point in scrier's as long as you start with 3 stacks of empowered.
As scrier's progresses you get more damage and by the 3rd enemy of the pack you'll have enough bonus damage to kill it with your single stack from the last kill.
You can kill 4 Ogryn's in about 10s from across the map with a single Scrier's activation... without wasting team resources
Notes:
You should only brain burst outside of scrier's sparsely. Your ability cooldown should be close to instant.
You need to stay near cover and rely on your team for ranged non elite shooters. You're not built to handle range... with this brainburst build.
I haven't looked at this build in a while but i could swear i needed that +5% ranged damage white node for crusher breakpoints. Further testing required.
Anticipation and warp speed allow you to dodge bosses while charging brain burst. They make being stun locked by brainburst's charge very manageable.
It does not seem souldrinker can reset on kill so it's best to ignore the +5% toughness every 5s and see it only as +5% crit if you're thinking about dropping it.
Psychic leeching (under empowered psionics) and souldrinker can be exchanged for Warp expenditure and Quietude. Needs nore testing.

If you don't want to run mods just stop shooting the inferno staff when your Scrier's stacks die off (you should have about 2s of grace after the stacks die)
