Zealot
40-100% Critical Chance on your next Melee Attack after Special Attack Kill.
10-25% Rending vs Staggered Enemies.
Direct hits apply 1-4 Stacks of 1% Brittleness for 5s. Stacks 20 times
Up to 2-5% Strength, scaling with remaining Ammunition. Stacks 5 times.
Alternate version of my other eviscerator build.
Should be much more survivable with Second Wind and Stalwart, but moves and attacks slower.
You can till run from the horde and avoid getting hit with 0 stamina. Feels much slower.
+10% crit damage on the eviscerator can be swapped for +10% elite damage or +10% weak spot damage. It's up to preference. Breakpoints shouldn't change.
Just like the last build if you don't get the 1 shot because you missed the head or had to dodge just proc FOTF a 2nd time.
You should always have CDR active from crits. Your ability should come back every 8s.
If you ever take toughness damage just proc FOTF to regen 50% toughness and stun everything in front of you (except crushers, bosses, and red elites)
proc FOTF every 10s into light hordes for the attack speed increase. Use the flamer into larger hordes. Learn the throwing knife animation cancel.
You can almost always body shot maulers with a crit. Was unable to test if it was possible without duelist active.
Duelist is almost always active and if it's not you should start the engagement with an FOTF.
New Crusher breakpoints:
FOTF heavy rev headshot (FOTF activation before or after the swing connects)
FOTF heavy rev body shot with Duelist (FOTF activation after swing connects)
Heavy rev headshot with Bloodthirsty (crit) and Duelist (you can chain crusher kills after the 1st FOTF use)
Notes:
When i started testing I wrote down that I could not kill a crusher by diving with FOTF without Duelist before the swing connects (1st breakpoint), but I tried it at the end of my testing session and was able to consistently pull it off with a sackless character besides blazing piety. It took every shredder tick to kill, but the crusher consistently dies. I don't know why it didn't work the 1st couple times i tried it. I would feel better with more testing.
All testing was done with full stacks of blazing piety. All other stacks were wiped before breakpoint testing.
You can just barely kill a Crusher without Duelist by activating FOTF after the swing connects (2nd breakpoint), but you need to time it perfectly so it's very inconsistent. I would only rely on body shot FOTF kills if you have Duelist active (90% of the time) or your team is chipping the crusher.
For boss killing activate FOTF after the swing connects. The shredder tick damage will get buffed by the crit, and you'll get another guaranteed crit charge for the initial connect damage of your next swing (2 crits per FOTF!!!).
Practice with the throwing knife. This build is very survivable and can bully elites by stun locking them with your light swings via the impact buff and FOTF can stun everything around you, but you don't really want to dive a single gunner standing alone in the open. Save your dives for large groups with some form of cover and just throwing knife snipe solo elites.
This version of the build may now benefit from Scourge for boss killing, but I think you would only benefit while fighting bosses. I don't think that's where this build needs help. The biggest flaw of this build imo would be its clear time for hordes that are small enough that you don't waste flamer ammo. The weapon can be slow to dodge with and has poor cleave. Second wind, Shield of Contempt, and Blood Redemption make taking chip damage from hordes a non issue (at least in datatide against the large horde), but you have to play a lot more carefully without them.
