Description
If you want to run this build with Telekine Dome, drop Venting Shriek and it's Modifiers, and use one of the free points to take Battle Meditation - I'd also switch Puppet Master for Solidity as you'll only be able to manually Quell without Shriek. Otherwise, it's pretty self-explanatory - set everything on fire and pop Shriek at full stacks of Warp Siphon to have it up as soon as you hit max Peril again.
You can also fully dump Warp Resistance on the Rifthaven Mk II Inferno Force Staff, although this isn't necessary. A case could be made to take Critical Chance over Carapace, but I find the armour damage to be more valuable in Havoc - in the current Rotten Armour meta, you could actually even drop Carapace for Infested on both of your weapons. I would not change the Blessings to take Penetrating Flame - the damage from Blaze Away is more consistent against different targets, and Warp Nexus is mandatory to keep Mettle, Perfect Timing, and Empathic Evasion up.
If you want to maximize your damage, you can move a talent (arguably Empathic Evasion) to Vulnerable Minds; you can also run the Combat Blade with Uncanny Strike to stack the damage of your Soulblaze DoT faster.
