Oh boy, there's a lot to talk about here: the Talents and Curios should come as no surprise, as this is supposed to be a Support Veteran build (inspired by Tanner Lindberg, as should bring no surprise). I think the real contentious part will be the Achlys Mk VI Power Sword and its Blessings, but we'll get to that in a bit.
You can drop Confirmed Kill for Superiority Complex, and Target Down! for Exploit Weakness to increase your raw damage - I just like the survivability.
I like taking the Godwyn-Branx Mk VI Bolt Pistol on this, but you can run any of the Godwyn-Branx Mk IV Bolt Pistol builds in its stead, or take the M35 Magnacore Mk II Plasma Gun for more ranged damage; on the Bolt Pistol Mk IV, I'd swap out Lethal Proximity for Puncture to hit breakpoints on bodyshots with Focus Target!. I really like the Stagger from the Mk VI though, even with Collateral being dumped (it's just not really necessary, especially on the Mk IV where it can mess up repeat headshots).
Okay, let's talk about the Power Sword: I made some fine folks on the subreddit angry when I suggested building it like this, and I'm here to double-down on this sentiment. If you're running the Scandar Mk III Power Sword, then yes, take Brutal Momentum over Slaughterer - all of your attacks are Cleaving at that point and you may as well be investing in horde-clear damage distribution (do note, I still suggest dumping Cleave Targets because a 0.4/1.0 difference from 60% to 80% is not worth hurting this weapons Mobility any more than it already is - Tanner implied in a video that dumping Cleave Damage is better? I guess you could do either, but I'm more confident in the former).
However. Slaughterer allows you to consistently two-shot Crushers at full stacks with Focus Target! applied - just push-attack their head and immediately follow it up with a single light attack. I'd also like to mention that you can also animation cancel the power-up by blocking, which also sets you up for the poke. This all synergizes really well and makes you very potent against armour, without even needing to use your Krak Grenades, which you can save for Monstrosities.
As one final note, I see a lot of people advocate for Sunder - again, if you are using the Mk VI on the Sword, you're not really ever using heavy attacks because lights do the job just fine. This really isn't worth it over the ability to rapidly kill Crushers.
