Description
So.. I revamped this build.. previously.. it was much easier to play but didn't do as much.. this build is officially nuts in a support sort of way.. so.. if you play it right.. you basically keep your team alive.. no joke.. Psychic Leeching doesn't sound great.. but in this build.. if you use the surge staff bolts to debuff targets and then chuck assail, swap casting vs elites.. you basically funnel 20% toughness to your team once per second in heated fights. IT IS SO FUCKING nuts.. the only thing is.. it's much trickier to play.. assail only performs if played right.. you need to debuff your targets with bolts first.. this is why we don't bother with quick shards.. you should only be spending shards when you have 2-3 EP charges or when you more than 8.. always save 8 for when you need to spam/burst ranged down.. Psychic Leech is too good in this setup to drop.. insane build that is VERY good for team survival.. and it's totally a build that would work in duos.. tbh I am pretty sure this build with a havoc support vet would be INSANE together.. like crazy as fuck survival..
