Hammerblow blessing crosses stagger thresholds with crushers and bulwarks to knock them to the ground with ease with it, and only gets a momentary pause without Hammerblow. I kept Opportunist over High Voltage since I have a lot of damage boosts. Along with the Strike Down talent this rends 100% armor to melee in 3 hits, and 4 hits for ranged.

This build emphasizes big damage and synergizes with staggering for more damage. It picks up the 25% ammo reserve talent, and none of the blocking talents. If you like blocking, then you would want to deviate significantly from this.
