Basically this is the pure ranged version of Warp Strike. Perilous combustion is there for extra bursts on specialist/elite spam.. we don't need spread in this build.. it's only for augmenting the already incredibly impressive damage this build has to offer.. this is probably Psyker's highest dps setup.. it's tricky to play because the peril management is blisteringly oppressive during intense situations.. it has better than average mobility for a combat blade weave casting build.. because of A) combat blade, B) surge staff and C) disrupt destiny plus point investment add 5% higher base +20% on marked target kill which you're always doing.. so a total of 40%, fairly sustained move tech with combat blade and the most mobile staff in game.. the sheer finesse output in this build is what does the numbers here.. you'll see.. try it Precognition is hard to do well though.. so practise, practise, practise.. if you can get good at this build.. the rest of my builds are a cake walk.

 

So a couple side notes here for the people who think Kinetic Flayer would be a more worth point investment.. MM is 25% damage all the time if you're not an idiot.. in this build.. dagger pokes on chaff are guaranteed kills and should be weave casting into everything you can.. so melee kills with this moblity are a non issue, which in turn augments your ranged output by a consistent 100% upkeep of 25%.. kinetic flayer will good because it gets the ball rolling instantly for perilous combustion is not needed here.. the sheer level of burst you have once everything is ramps up is so mental.. you literally 1 shot bolt shotgunners and the usual elite/specialist spam.. so while flayer is good.. it would mean dropping MM which is a 25% all the time damage loss.. while.. on average even with Perilous combustion sync.. it's only a 12.5% overall buff to damage.. i'm not a mathemetician.. but MM is giving you far more output on average here and kinetic flayer is redundant.. normally. I would agree.. flayer would be best.. specially it's a must have in plague builds for obvious reasons.. but yeah here.. it's pointless and will net you less output for the point investment overall.
