 Ogryn Build - Warhammer 40k: Darktide 

TL/DR:  This is an unrelenting tank, go smash them.

Note:  This is a modified build I saw Exo running, thank you for the inspiration.

Maximizes the use of Loyal Protector.  Take Go Again over Valuable Distraction, with it you can drop Combat Ability Regen from your curios, and this is how the build is so tankie.  One Health and two Toughness curios, with the following perks:  2x toughness, 2x res Gunners, 2x res Bombers, 1x stamina regen, 1x Corruption res, 1x res Sniper (still experimenting with it).

Stagger anything, pure control, boosting everyone's damage through the use of Skullcrusher on the Power Maul (PM).  The Mk II Ripper Gun (RC) can be used to quickly kill ragers and mixed hordes.  However, where it really shines is in controlling the battle field, you can stumble gunners and specials (except Mutants) at any range, though you will need to brace and crouch for longer ranges.  On the Ammo stat of the RG should be 65% or less so that your magazine size is 19.  This ensures that every shot builds stacks of Blaze Away and Inspiring Barrage, because the 10% magazine size is rounded down from 1.9 to 1.  Confident Strike on the PM and Inspiring Barrage on the RC are absolutely required, you need to be constantly regening Toughness.

You can tank anything, you can make it even tankier by using Pumped Up and Smash Em' instead of Lynch Pin and Furious.  Lynch Pin is meh, but Furious is incredible with the Power Maul , it makes the side-to-side heavy attacks cut through the hordes, very easy to hit the 10 stack max, +30% melee damage.  The passive Slam synergizes nicely with it all and gives access to For The Lil'Uns, once again freeing up curio perks for more tankie.  Instead of Can't Hit Me...Again, I'm experimenting with Focused Fighter one swing of the PM and you have all 5 stacks, can't go wrong with either.  (Might try Pumped Up over either of them for more consistent damage reduction.)  Smash 'Em! ensures you can tank bosses and monstrosities.

Frag bomb for when you need a screen wipe, don't waste it.
