Description
Ping everything. Seriously. Noospheric Command does an insane amount of work and your build is based around not having any capacitance, so go insane with the pings.
If you are a mod-freak, automark and dogwhistle will make you feel like you're cheating, because honestly with how the build works, you might be. Again, you are running on no capacitance at all and your skull will kill every unarmored elite and special.
Your right-side talents are on almost 100% uptime on max stacks except for Galvanic Marking Array because it's really easy for your team to finish off your elites.
Ranged Weapon: You are essentially a Marksman's Focus Veteran but your las-skull is your Kantrael Mk IIb Infantry Lasgun and your Branx Mk XI Phosphor Blast Pistol is your Lucius Mk IV Helbore Lasgun x M35 Magnacore Mk II Plasma Gun. With no capacitance charges, you will be running at 50% crit at all times so you can use your pistol to railgun high priority specials and elites; guaranteed crit after aiming for only 1.66s, but even just spamming you should be lucky enough to get said railgun shots.
Melee Weapon: I use a Catachan Mk VI Combat Blade for mild horde clear, carapace, and mobility. The bleed on crit really helps with Vanguards and the brittleness application really takes down carapace without even trying
The biggest weakness is the lack of get-out-of-jail-free cards since you'll never have enough capacitance to use any abilities, so pretty much exactly like Marksman's Focus Vet with no grenades... positioning is key.

Alts
Melee weapon: Any Shock Maul would act as an appropriately good support melee tool with Skullcrusher but with all the crit available, Branx Mk XI Paired Transonic Blades are a great alt weapon for more horde clear and slightly less mobility.
Ranged weapon: Anything that you work well with, but Branx Mk IV Arc Rifle is of course amazingly synergistic with the top part of the build.
