Description
You can run Precognition over Shred if you want, but I find Shred is better overall due to its vastly superior uptime and it doesn't run into diminishing returns with all the other finesse modifiers any Scrier's + DD build has.
Never charge the EK staff, or at least rarely.
Soulstealer gives a crazy amount of toughness on this build, especially if you use the fully charged FGS special as much as I do, but it's also nice for EK staff kills, in addition to the peril you'll generate when using it feeding you more toughness via Quietude. This build doesn't need cleave, just use the FGS special.
