A heavy DPS/support build.

 

Havoc 40 tested. Has decent survivability (for a psyker), good cooldowns, and packs a huge punch. 

 

I took the Maccabian V since it has better dodges but also because I was using the IV for a long time and was looking for something fresh. The V works fine against bosses, especially with Thrust added. 

 

I tested different configurations on staff and was most comfortable with 70/70 warp resistance & quelling speed.
