How to Play:

Learning when to use Assail vs. Scrier's is the biggest learning curve. When ammo is scarce, or on a mixed horde without armor, I will: assail, quell, scriers into melee or ranged to get max disrupt destiny stacks. Always go for the headshot for +2 stacks. The Perfectionism talent is viable, but harder to maintain. Damage is nutty at 30 stacks. You will feel out when to use scrier's vs. Assail as you go. Bosses melt with Las Pistol infernus and Scrier's (especially juicy BoN weak spot).

 

Melee Options:

  • Deimos has great horde clear and a nasty 1st light attack power up attack for crushers/elites. Be careful when using during or right after scrier's gaze. Slaughterer blessing is a must; Uncanny Strike would be my second blessing, but Shred, Executor, Unstable Power, Riposte, or Precognition also work well. I typically only power it up only at low peril or out of scriers. If you find it annoying and blowing yourself up...
  • Mk IV or II dueling sword with uncanny and shred/riposte/premonition (tiered in order). The uncanny strike with a +25% to carapace during scriers will 1 tap headshot a crusher. Not as good at hordes, but dodges and mobility make up for it.
  • Illisi works  well too with slaughterer/uncanny/executor. Much higher chance of blowing yourself up, but it arguably has best clear speed.
  • Currently trying for an Antax Mk V (or yoru favorite variant) with  brutal momentum/shred, but unsuccessful so far. I think this would also be a great option.

Ranged:

  • Las Pistol has been my favorite of the weapons I've tried. The finesse/weakspot multiplier from scriers and disrupt destiny is beautiful. The mobility pairs great with movement speed buffs from crits and scrier's. You will consistently top the scoreboard in damage with the right las pistola.
  • Columnus MK V also has a huge finesse multiplier naturally so this is also a great option. Dumdum is a must, second blessing kinda up to you/RNG. Sustained Fire works well, but firefrenzy/deathspitter also a great option.
  • Haven't tried a Revolver with this setup, but that could be a potent option. I just hate the reload speed on psyker and haven't rolled a good one yet.

Blitz:

  • Assail is great for building up disrupt destiny stacks. Use the secondary to pick off single targets, and let em fly in a mixed horde. Hard to blow yourself up if you stop at 80-90% (also why I take battle meditation).
  • Great for ammo conservation so people don't scoff at the Gunker.
