Description
You'll want a decent staff to go with this build. Having a "Cloud Radius" above 65~% is important to be able to suppress ranged targets while you walk up and stab them. Chaining Elite kills using brain burst is a messy way to stack multiple Perilous Combustion on targets and really boil them even at a distance.
