The Nomanus Mk VI Electrokinetic Force Staff is basically a rapid fire, no recoil, marksmanship rifle that double shoots on crits, which also hit like a truck. This is enough to melt everything not in Carapace armor, which you can still blast with a charged attack to activate Channeled Force into MB1 spam, this also opens Bulwark shields and staggers them for finishing up. For backup we have the Obscurus Mk II Blaze Force Sword and Nomanus Mk VI Electrokinetic Force Staff charged attacks.
Scrier's Gaze and high peril gets you to 78,5% crit, plenty of additional power and all the Peril reduction and quick qualling keeps you spamming all day long. Even if max out, you still have 10s overtime with Warp Unbound . Combined with Warp Siphon and Psykinetic's Aura you can keep Scrier's Gaze up most of the time, so it really is an endless gaze.
With the extra points released by the talent rework and updated Reality Anchor , we could pick up and Penetration of the Soul to punish more the tougher enemies and Empathic Evasion to become pseudo immune to ranged attacks. With all the crit we already have, I prefer Kinetic Presence for more pure elite damage.
Machine gun staff spamming is usually enough for horde, but if you get swarmed by smaller minds, dump some Assail shards.
For Nomanus Mk VI Electrokinetic Force Staff perks I pick Elite damage for general power and cara to cut crushers faster. Staff damage is not great against monsters so it's better to swing the Obscurus Mk II Blaze Force Sword at weakspoints, also the reason why I pick Unyielding perk there.
