Tough & aggressive all around Lasman that does it all
Snap off some heads, blow stuff up and get in their face. No fancy stuff, fight, shoot, get into any karkin mess and come out on top while helping your team.
- Kantrael Mk IIb Infantry Lasgun (closer to an autogun, while other two las marks are marksman guns.)
- Surprisingly good in close to mid range combat, accurate hip and aimed fire, plenty of ammo.
- Good weakspot and crit damage, high rate of fire (recommend FullAuto mod to save your fingers).
- Able to one shot shooter heads from longer ranges.
- Stacks burn fast on big targets.

- Absolutely beautiful, it just works on everything. Light spam to cut horde like hay, heavy swings chops flak, unyielding and carapace. Slowish high finesse weapon is perfect for melee Veteran since talents give attack speed, critical chance and weakspot damage.
- Special poke stagger stops rager & co. swinging.
- Very high Unyielding damage modifier on heavy swings for Monster chopping.
- Decapitator instead of more common Headtaker because 120% finesse is nuts, do not sleep on this. On paper the one shot requirement seems tricky but in reality you can get 4 stacks with one swing into horde, so you'll have high uptime.
- In combination with Brutal Momentum you can swing at a mixed horde, cleave through the chaff and one shot elites.
- Things you can chop with buffs up and remember that 1 shots cleave through up to 4 targets:
- 1 shot weakspot: All specials except Mutant, All gunners
- 2 shot weakspot: Bulwark, Reaver, Mutant, Ragers, Mauler
- 3 shot weakspot: Crusher
- 1 shot weakspot crit: Bulwark, Reaver, Mutant, Ragers
- Krak Grenade
- With update to Crusher HP it's time to switch to simple problem solver, also the axe is so good at clearing horde there is no need for frags.
- Demolition Team, Demolition Stockpile & Field Improvisation are enough to keep you stocked up to deal quickly with Crusher and Bulwark packs.
- Weapons Specialist is perfect for frontline work, the melee buff is excellent for speeding up the axe while the ranged buff turns mk2 las into a machine gun, mind the recoil and aim at chest level. Combine weaving back and forth with Agile Engagement for great damage.
- Rending Strikes is actually a nice overall damage boost giving ~10% damage and it's on the way to Bring it Down! big boy killer.
- Out for Blood is a great all over defense addition since it doubles up your melee kill gains and also procs from ranged kills. Combined with Confirmed Kill for plenty of smooth flow of toughness returns.
- Voice of Command because it's perfect for the aggressive frontline playstyle.
