Ogryn
10-25% Rending vs Staggered Enemies.
7.5-15% Weak Spot Damage. Weakspot Kills also ignore Enemy Hit Mass.
3-6% Explosion Radius for every shot fired during continuous fire. Stacks 5 times.
Your Grenades stick to Ogryns and Monstrosities. 6-15% Damage vs Ogryns and Monstrosities
When you need to "Clonk!" an enemy and the 20 around them, this Ogryn gets it done, high Impact. Opportunist on the Orox Mk II & Mk III Battle Maul & Slab Shield from Unlocked and Loaded lets it handle any armor type in the game if you can get up in their face, and the Lorenz Mk VI Rumbler is there to be a designated Marksogryn if you can't (now that Achlys Mk II Heavy Stubber are a thing in Grim Protocols, you can use that if you want, but Rumbler's funnier). Extra blast radius on the Rumbler is a must - otherwise weak spot hits will explode too far away to damage the target. Middle tree Feel No Pain is used mostly for super pushes from No Pushover and QOL feel - build can function good dipping into bottom left faster melee attacks. Unyielding damage on the rumbler is for boss burst damage and to one shot Reaper on weak spot hit. Shield second heavy has infinite cleave so taking Impact bonuses helps it knock around the world.
Plenty of flex room on the actual shield blessings - Skullcrusher / Thunderstrike is still great, and Confident Strike / Offensive Defence is a good defensive play. Rumbler is a little less flexible - bleed blessing Shrapnel only does bleed on folks in the inner explosion and only 4 stacks so it's not a huge damage bump, same for the new Fire Away . Shattering Impact take a while to ramp up. Blaze Away and Pierce is really funny for a build that spams the heavy melee slaps, and is a sensible chuckle on heavy melee Ogryn. Blast Zone is chosen for maximizing blast radius because it just feels bad to do 80 damage with the blast to a Gunner you knocked in the noggin. Blaze Away can be finicky about ticking up stacks so what you do to make sure the game counts your shots is continue to aim with Right Mouse Button as you reload. Curios are flexible based on your needs. Push 'em around and get blasting!
