i like the laspistol but boltpistol, revolver and flamer are good alternatives 

utilize pushes frequently when you're just spamming heavies for horde clear (like every 2 heavies, 1 push) or dodge back after every heavy swing otherwise you will get hit more than you want.

i use hammer for the dedicated boss damage but i usually use eviscerator or relic blade when i'm a main frontliner

you can use whatever nades or knives if your team is all using non-regen nades. i usually use stuns in case my book is on cooldown and there's still a horde of elites pushing us back but if you have an arbite with shock mines, switch to immos or knives based on the team comp cuz the shock mines just do the job waaay better. 

i'll post a evis/relic blade build cuz i do change a couple things in the tree for those weapons
