Be the Juggernaut. Tank hits heavy enough to make an Ogryn blush without taking damage. Kill Gunners and Shotgunners with a hipshot from your plasma gun. Kill Ogryn with Krak Grenades and charged-shots. Kill everything else by running it down and hacking it to bits to rend it for your team. The Juggernaut is a weapons master, always ready to switch weapons and take advantage of the significant bonuses that come with it. This build lack mobility, but that's fine. A Juggernaut doesn't run away. It strides across the battlefield and goes where it pleases.
