Description
Working on a Voltaic Emitter build. Definitely needs some tweaking, I really want to fit Ammunition-Restoration Pod somehow for comfort, but I'm not sure what I'm willing to drop for it. The build is set up so I can easily swap between blitzes depending on how I'm feeling. Have been having some fun with the shield, allows for funny moments.
Tried really hard to make Power Overload work, but it's just hard to use the buff intentionally or get it to trigger when I need it to. Kills to stack rather than hits means your low moments will be annoyingly low, but your highs can be pretty high if you know how to watch your stacks. I'm lazy, so watching for this keystone to time my big hits for a shield boss or something is too annoying for me.
