Description
Noospheric Command is ridiculous so this build purely uses that for spending capacitance. Noospheric Command can be used even at 1% capacitance, so it gets basically infinite uptime. Set the "Single Tap Tag" option in the settings to "Threat" so you can activate Noospheric Command with a single button press (this will mean if you tag a Poxburster it will start to shoot automatically however, so do keep that in mind if you change this setting).
Alternative Options:
This build ends up being very flexible since we don't need to spend any skill points for any of the abilities, so we can move around a lot of skill points as needed. The weapons listed above are what I've used extensively with this build, but honestly you can throw on the Branx Mk III Arc Maul or the Branx Mk VI Mechanicus Power Sword and still be just as effective (check below for a slightly different setup with the Branx Mk IV Arc Rifle) . Skitarii in general just has a TON of extremely valuable passives on the tree, so being able to spend more on those rather than on an ability has a lot of value.
A version of this I enjoy a lot for the Branx Mk IV Arc Rifle specifically is to use the Power Overload keystone (and optionally also remove Adaptive Combat Engram if you need an extra point). Using Power Overload instead of Flensing Protocols saves us a couple of skill points so I can grab Gunsmith and Ammunition-Restoration Pod . The Branx Mk IV Arc Rifle reload is beyond horrible, so I use the auto-reload to handle that while I engage in melee. The only modifier I take is Static Capacitor Drain since I don't really care about the actual shock overload. The keystone is just to provide ramping buffs within the mission. Usually within the first 1/4 of a mission I am nearly at 24 stacks to have all buffs active, especially if you play in Auric/Havoc.
You could also run Toughness Regen Speed on your Curios and instead use the Resurgence aura to stack a ton of constant Toughness regen. Not sure if this is better than Foe-Render Creed tbh but it's a fun side option to build around.
